How a corporate headshots day runs at your office
A corporate headshot day should feel calm and be well-organised, not a disruption to the working day. Here's what to expect from start to finish.
Room setup
I use a meeting room or quiet corner with access to power. Setup takes around 45 minutes before the session starts. Your team doesn't need to be involved until it's their turn.
Scheduling
Most people take 5–10 minutes. I can run booked time slots, a drop-in flow, or a blend of both. I can also provide a simple sign-up link and a ready-to-send internal email.
Live review
Each team member reviews their headshot selection during their slot. If something needs adjusting to expression, angle or framing, we fix it before moving on. No surprises in the delivery.
Delivery
Retouched images arrive within two working days, organised into folders and named to your file conventions. Every format you need: LinkedIn, web, internal use.

Planning
What's included in your corporate photography service?

How long does a corporate headshot session take?
Each person typically needs 5–10 minutes for their individual slot. I schedule sessions to keep disruption to your working day to a minimum.
What if we have team members working remotely?
I can plan a matching mini-session on another day so their headshots sit neatly alongside your in-office shoot, keeping lighting, background and framing consistent across the whole team.
Do you travel to multiple office locations?
Yes. I can cover multiple sites and keep the look consistent across each location. We'll agree the schedule in advance so the day runs smoothly at every office.
Can you accommodate last-minute additions?
Where possible, yes. I build breathing space into the schedule so we can handle small changes on the day and still keep things moving.
How do we get started?

What if someone doesn't like having their photo taken?

Can we see the photos during the session?
Yes. Each person reviews a small selection during their slot, so we can make quick tweaks to expression, angle or framing before moving on.
What should our team wear?

After the session
How quickly will we receive our photos?
Your finished images are delivered within two working days, including the agreed crops and file formats for LinkedIn, your website and internal use.
Can you match our brand guidelines?
Yes. During planning I'll review your brand guidelines so we can match background, lighting style and the overall look across the set.
How are the final images organised?
I deliver a clearly organised set of folders that matches your internal filing system. Images can also be named to your conventions, making them easy to find and use.
