How a headshot day runs
A corporate headshot day should feel calm and well organised. Here's what to expect.
- Room setup: I use a meeting room or quiet corner with access to power. I bring a mobile studio setup, so your team stays on site.
- Timings: Most people take 5–10 minutes. I can run booked time slots, a drop‑in flow, or a blend of both.
- Slot system: If you want it, I'll provide a simple sign‑up link and an internal email you can send to the team. That keeps everything moving without you chasing people.
- What staff receive: Each person reviews images during their slot, then receives their finished headshot(s) in the agreed crops and file sizes for LinkedIn, web and internal use.
Expression coaching that helps everyone look their best
Most people don't know what to do with their face in a headshot. That's normal. During each 5–10 minute slot I guide people through small adjustments so they look confident, approachable and like themselves.
- Quick direction: simple prompts for posture, shoulders and chin so the photo feels natural.

Each person typically needs 5–10 minutes for their individual slot. I schedule sessions to keep disruption to your working day to a minimum.
If you have remote colleagues, I can plan a matching mini-session on another day so their headshots sit neatly alongside your in-office shoot. That keeps lighting, background and framing consistent across the whole team.
Yes. I can cover multiple sites and keep the look consistent across each location. We'll agree the schedule in advance so the day runs smoothly at every office.
Start by requesting a team quote. I'll ask a few quick questions about numbers, timing and the look you want, then suggest the best approach for your team.
Where possible, yes. I build a bit of breathing space into the schedule so we can handle small changes on the day and still keep things moving.
During Your Session
It's probably the most common concern I hear from teams. I work with each person one to one, keep the direction clear and calm, and most people are surprised how quickly they settle in.
Yes. Each person reviews a small selection during their slot, so we can make quick tweaks if needed before moving on.
Once you're booked in, you'll receive my preparation guide with clothing suggestions that suit your brand. If it helps, I can also advise on different looks for different departments or roles.
After Your Session
Your finished images are delivered within two working days. This includes the agreed crops and file formats for LinkedIn, your website and internal use.
I deliver a clearly organised set of folders that matches your internal filing system. Images can also be named to your conventions, making them easy to find and use.
Yes. During planning, I'll review your brand guidelines so we can match background, lighting style and the overall look across the set.
