How a headshot day runs
A corporate headshot day should feel calm and well organised. Here’s what to expect.
- Room setup: I use a meeting room or quiet corner with access to power. I bring a mobile studio setup, so your team stays on site.
- Timings: Most people take 5–10 minutes. I can run booked time slots, a drop‑in flow, or a blend of both.
- Slot system: If you want it, I’ll provide a simple sign‑up link and an internal email you can send to the team. That keeps everything moving without you chasing people.
- What staff receive: Each person reviews images during their slot, then receives their finished headshot(s) in the agreed crops and file sizes for LinkedIn, web and internal use.
